Ayurveda

Ayurveda is an ancient system of natural healing that began in India more than 5,000 years ago. The word Ayurveda comes from two Sanskrit words: “Ayur” meaning life, and “Veda” meaning knowledge or science. So, Ayurveda literally means “the science of life.” But it’s not just about treating sickness it’s about understanding life, health, balance, and our deep connection to nature and the universe.

From January 2026, Physicura will be offering Ayurvedic Consultations as a standalone appointment, or in conjunctions with the therapies offered, to truly help you on your journey to wellness, inside and out. Drop us a message for further information on Ayurveda and consultation requests.

Your body tells a story of where you’ve been, what you’ve held, and how you’ve adapted. My role is to listen to that story, and offer the tools that help you write the next chapter with more ease.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Some days call for structure and strengthening. Others, for stillness and subtlety. My approach combines the clinical understanding of anatomy, injury, and recovery with a deep respect for the nervous system, energy flow, and emotional landscape.
This is patient centered care grounded, open minded, and designed around you.
